In order to continue recording video in case of an error, the app can disable the audio track. This can be controlled with a checkbox in the app’s video settings. You can try to uncheck that and see what happens.

Most likely the microphone sometimes is not available, maybe because another app is using it at the time (e.g. to listen to voice commands).

There is also the option to send us a log file, so we can investigate.
