I have the same problem many others do, can’t access files in android emulated folder. I paid for the pro version so I could upload them, to find out that the free version does not interact with paid version. Now I have two versions of Daily Roads and still can’t access the files in my file manager from the free version. I have to get the files, videos from an accident, to the police. How?

Sorry about this. For now there is no direct solution from within the app, only from other apps as discussed here:
The free and Pro versions are separate apps, they don’t interact yet. I realize your priority is to get the video out of the app, and a refund for the Pro version would be of little help. Nonetheless, we can refund your purchase if you send us in private your order ID.

Thank you, but I’ll keep it. It not only gives me more features, but I use it in two different ways every day. Now I don’t have to switch video quality, etc twice a day. I just load the free version for one set of settings, or load the paid app for another set. Anyway, I’ve been using the free version for years. Every once in a great while I’ll look at other dashcams and quickly realize DRV is still the best. I don’t mind supporting a great product. I do wish I could switch back and forth between front and rear cameras, at the touch of a button, but the app is still so well done. 🙂

Thanks for your kind words, and detailing how you use the apps. For future versions we still plan to allow switching between the front and rear cameras, and even allow for simultaneous recording. It has been a slow year so far, as we focused our efforts on other areas, but the apps will continue to evolve and improve.
