If you’re asking why the GPS data appear on Youtube videos, then you either uploaded a converted video using the Overlays service, or uploaded the original video with a subtitle file attached.
If you’re asking why the GPS data DOESN’T appear on Youtube videos, then the answer is that the app can’t embed text data into videos directly. But, you can use the Overlays service to embed such data, or generate subtitle files within the app and upload those to Youtube, too.
