Termination of free DailyRoads uploads

At the beginning of the year, we have reached a noteworthy milestone in the lifecycle of our DailyRoads Voyager app. We launched it 15 years ago on the Play store (then known as the Android Market) as the very first dashcam app.

Since the very first version we have proudly offered free uploads, allowing millions of video and photo files to be stored on our servers. But, the time has come to terminate the free upload functionality.

Starting February 1st, 2025, we will no longer accept video and photo uploads through the apps (free and Pro versions). This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary due to the high server costs associated with storing and managing these files.

To ensure you do not lose any of your already uploaded files, we urge you to download all your uploaded videos and photos by March 1st, 2025. After this date, these files will no longer be accessible. Those who have registered with an email address and have uploaded files to our servers, will be also notified by an email message.

On a happier note, we are still committed to developing a comprehensive hosting service with enhanced features, which will include uploads and video sharing with GPS tracks. If you wish to continue uploading your files, we encourage you to check out and pre-register for DailyRoads Hosting.
