I have paid for the overlay service. Though I’m not sure how to set it up so the video gets automatically overlayed before being uploaded to my Dropbox account. Is there a setting I am missing or do I need to manually convert each file?

The overlay service is server-based, and can only be triggered manually. There is no automatic way to upload and convert the videos, sorry.
Next year we’ll launch the tracking service which will allow automatic uploads and hosting of geotagged videos. More info here: https://tracking.dailyroads.com/
