It looks like you selected the USB camera option from the Orientation list in the Camera settings. Those options are only for orientation of the camera, not for selecting a camera source (lens).

The free version of the app can only use the main back-facing camera, embedded into device. Some USB cameras are mapped as the main back-facing camera at the system level, but the app doesn’t know about this mapping. It just gives the orientation option to the users who use USB cameras this way.

In the Pro version of the app you can select which camera (lens) to use. Once selected after installation, that camera is then used throughout the app, much like how the back-facing camera is used in the free version.
